Squeeze fresh lemon juice

In a Shaker:
Combine all ingredients
Shake it!

INGREDIENTS

6 cl Philosoffee Koldbrew Pure
2 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
4 cl Licor 43
4 cl Pisco from Peru


Highball or longdrink glass

Prepare with ice cubes
Serve with ice cubes

BARTENDER’S SECRET

The Pisco can be infused by a cold brew procedure. Ingredients which are suitable for this include fresh beetroot, turmeric or lemongrass. These harmonise excellently with the aroma of Koldbrew in combination with Pisco. Cut the fresh ingredients into small pieces and put them in Pisco for 6-8 hours. The Pisco binds the flavours and the drink becomes really refreshingly aromatic.
