Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Whisk egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, add sugar to the egg yolks and whisk until you get almost white mixture. Add mascarpone to the egg yolk mixture and whisk until creamy. Fold in the egg whites (make sure you don’t overbeat). Soak ladyfingers in the Koldbrew and arrange one layer in the baking dish. Spread mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers. Repeat making layers. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with cacao before serving.
